Buying and running the Software involves a small, fixed set of data — nothing beyond what’s actually needed to sell you a working license and keep it working:
Payments are processed entirely by PayPal and Stripe. Your card/bank details go directly to whichever of those you choose — they never pass through or get stored on my server. I only receive back an order ID, a transaction ID, and the amount charged.
PayPal and Stripe each have their own privacy policy governing how they handle your payment data, independent of this one.
None of this data is sold, rented, or used for advertising, and it’s never shared beyond what’s needed for the purposes above.
The marketing pages of this site (this page, the main product page, the installation guide) set no cookies and run no analytics or tracking scripts of any kind. They do use your browser’s local storage (not a cookie, and never sent to any server) for two small preferences: whether you’ve dismissed the cookie notice, and your chosen text size on this and similar pages.
The contact form sets one strictly-necessary session cookie, used only to keep a simple anti-spam check working while you fill it in — it carries no tracking or identifying information and expires when you close your browser.
License and purchase-history data is kept for as long as the license itself could reasonably matter — to support you, to resolve a dispute, or to prevent the same fraud pattern from recurring. There’s no fixed automatic deletion date; if you’d like your data reviewed or removed, see Section 6.
You can ask, at any time, to see what data is held about you, to correct it if it’s wrong, or to have it deleted. Email contactme@valimaties.ro with your license email address and what you’d like. Deletion requests are honored unless the data is still needed for an active support case, dispute, or fraud investigation — in which case you’ll be told why and for how much longer.
If you’re in the EU/EEA and believe your data has been mishandled, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Romania, that’s ANSPDCP.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the date below will be updated. Continued use of the Software or this site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
